What is your return policy? 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF THERE IS A GROSS MISJUDGEMENT OF SIZE, OR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR LOST, WE WILL THEN REPLACE, EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF NEEDED ON A PERSON TO PERSON BASIS.

Can I cancel my order?

YES YOU CAN CANCELL AN ORDER AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.  ALL PURCHASES ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 TO 36 HOURS AFTER PAYMENT CLEARS UNLESS PRODUCT IS ON BACK ORDER, BEING TRANSFERED, OR REQESTED FROM THE MANUFACTURE.  ONCE IT SHIPS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How do I track my order?

ONCE YOUR PURCHASED HAS SHIPPED, WE WILL FORWARD A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOU TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ALSO TRACK PACKAGES UNTILL IT REACHES ITS DESTINATION FOR YOU. 

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES, WE WILL TRACK YOUR PACKAGES AS FAR AS WE CAN OR YOUR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT WILL ALLOW.

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS REQUESTED DIFFERENT AND ONCE SHIPPED TAKES 3-7 DAYS BASED ON LOCATION.

 

iNTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS 1ST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL BASED ON SHIPPING LOCATION AND CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS IT COULD TAKE 6 TO 12 DAYS DEPENDING AGAIN ON YOUR CUSTOM DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS AND HOLDING PERIOD.  IF A PACKAGE IS LATE ARRIVING, IT IS MOST LIKELY BEING HELD UP IN CUSTOMS.
